Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment is confirmed. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for dispatch or collection.

Shipping Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, with local delivery throughout KwaZulu-Natal. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location.
Large 4x4 accessories such as rooftop tents, awnings, and drawer systems may require specialised freight, with any additional costs confirmed prior to dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

KZN: 2–5 business days
Major cities: 3–7 business days
Outlying areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and subject to carrier conditions.

Click & Collect (In-Store)

Click & Collect is available from our Pinetown store. Orders can be collected once you receive a notification confirming your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Freight & Bulky Items

Oversized items may be delivered via freight carrier or require depot collection. Please ensure suitable access and assistance is available on delivery.
